Young Adults in Global Mission in Southern Africa (YAGM-SA) is a ministry in partnership between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Southern Africa (ELCSA).  It is based in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and has 8-12 young adult volunteers in various places throughout the areas served by ELCSA.

Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) is a program of the Global Mission unit of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in which Young Adults from the United States are given the opportunity to accompany their Brothers and Sisters in Christ from around the world in a year of voluntary Service and Ministry.  Currently, there is a YAGM program in 9 different geographic locations:  Argentina/Uruguay, Cambodia, Central Europe, Jerusalem/West Bank, Madagascar, Mexico, Rwanda, Southern Africa, and the United Kingdom.
